The wonders of ivy
Besides its decorative purposes, ivy is also used as a cellulite treatment. It also plays a major part in treating other skin afflictions, because it has many toning properties. Anti-cellulite ivy compresses

How to do it yourself
To prepare the cellulite treatment you will need about 300 grams of dried ivy, which you will chop and boil in about 1.5 liters of water. The water will be boiled on low heat for about 2 hours. Then you will let it cool down, but don't forget to leave the lid on the pot. When the decoction reaches a skin friendly temperature, you will have to strain it and use it to dip the already prepared compresses. Now you will treat cellulite by applying the compresses on your hips, thighs and wherever else you might have cellulite. The compresses need to be changed every 30 minutes and we recommend performing this cellulite treatment a few hours before you go to bed. The cellulite remedy can be repeated 3 or 4 times a week for a month, and then you will have to stop for a week and then start again.
Doing everything possible
This cellulite treatment will be much more efficient if you help it by eating properly and exercising every day. You will get rid of cellulite a lot faster if you decrease your fat intake and eat more fruits and veggies. It is undoubtedly a long process, but you really have to do it if you want to get rid of cellulite.if you don't, you will be stuck with that ugly skin on your thighs or buttocks and you will feel ashamed forever.
