- Take one Endothil-CR tablet 30 minutes before a workout. A tablet should also be taken in the morning on non-workout days. The tablets should be chewed slowly before swallowing.
- Exercise routines should be intense and consistent since the effectiveness of Endothil-CR depends on a constant workout routine. Long-term side effects include permanent stretch marks around the muscles that will remain even if Endothil-CR use is discontinued.
- Side effects also include weight gain, sleep problems and possible allergic reactions to some of its ingredients.
- The main ingredient is riboflavin, a type of B vitamin. Other ingredients include green tomatoes, grape seeds, green tea, quercetin and rutin. Quercetin comes from apples and rutin from buckwheat.
- Many users have reported that they have seen results in only a short amount time. Endothil-CR is approved for use by competitive athletes (see Resources).
