Losing weight is hard enough to deal with, what about drastic changes? I don't know about you but I am not keen on change so 'easy does it' works for me.
I have discovered that just a few little changes makes a big difference in the long run and I have included my favorites in the list below.
Food: - Cut down high fat foods, so instead of getting fast food 3 or 4 times a week, only have it once - Replace sugar with sweetener, they taste just as good and will help you to shed pounds without even knowing it - just watch out for the one's with Aspartame - according to Mercola.
com Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure and apparently accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA.
- Replace cream, full cream milk or low fat milk with skimmed or fat free - Don't cut out carbohydrates completely, but reduce your intake to 1 to 2 slices of bread per day.
If you opt for a low GI bread or low GI seed loaf it will keep you full for longer and it's healthy.
Try having rice or pasta only once or twice a week and keep the portions very small.
- Eating regularly throughout the day will keep your body burning fat throughout the day.
That's it for my favorite tips on food to lose weight.
