I am a little obsessed with Google.
Although I do not view myself, or feel like a "Techy" person I watched myself turn into a "internet entrepreneur", I am fascinated by Google in the way that by playing the game and understanding the rules you can attract and put yourself in front of people who are interested in you, your passion and what you have to offer.
So what is Google up to? Well it is fine tuning the way it presents its internet search results to make it easier for people to find the information and images they want.
You will notice the Google logo feature has slightly brighter hues, but the most noticeable changes occur to the left of the search results.
This area will offer more tools for reshuffling search results into specific categories such as news, images, blogs and videos.
What is exciting for online marketers is the possibility of opening new doors to topics of interest.
These changes are a part of the ongoing tinkering Google does to maintain it's commanding lead in the lucrative search market industry.
The company says it made about 550 revisions to it's search engine last year alone, mostly tweaking its closely guarded formulas for deciding which results and ads to process after a search request.
If you are an Internet Entreprenurer you may be one of those people effected by those changes, especially if you were using Google AdWords.
Google is notorious to disliking network marketers, especially "capture Pages.
"Google loves great content.
Guess what, so do I! For example, here is an example of how the new system might work.
A search request about a scientific issue theory might cause the left side of Google's results page to provide links suggesting an exclusive focus on images or information pulled from books or videos.
If someone was searching for a "sports event" the left side of the page would show more time relevant info, say pulling from news or blogs instead.
"We have been waiting for our technology to be ready for something like this"-Johanna Wright, Google director of product management.
Search request for merchandise are more likely to trigger an option that would allow the user to click on a link on the left hand side of the page to include more or fewer search results.
Yahoo and Microsoft already offered control panels that can carve search result engines into servings that suit individual tastes.
Google though still holds about a 65% share, according to comscore Inc.
To summerize, I believe that being an Internet Entrepreneur you must embrace social media.
Social Media has not even scratched the surface of where it is headed.
It is key to keep remembering that people are using search engines for research first and then to buy.
You need to be the "expert" in your niche and show up everywhere they turn.
If you whoo and impress your "to be" searchers with great content and intent you will be on the way to a long and prosperous relationship.
