Fill a glass with some water and add a half of a tablespoon of the vinegar.
Then you will gargle with the mixture.
Why does this work? Apple cider vinegar actually fights the bacteria in your mouth.
You should also increase your daily intake of citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons, and limes.
Grapes are also good at cleansing your mouth.
Another quick tip is to add a little bit of tea tree oil to your toothpaste.
Just a drop is all that is needed to work on that foul bad breath.
Just be very careful not to swallow this mixture.
