- Open a two-pocket folder and fold each side in to the middle binding. Then fold the two sides together to close the folder. Re-open the folder and you will have four vertical sections. Decorate the sections using scrapbook paper and stickers. Base your decorations on a theme. The sections should be different, yet still coordinate with each other. Attach a photo on the folder portion of each section. Decorate the outside of the folder as desired. Fold the sections back together and clip or tie them together.
- Fold a long strip of thick paper back and forth lengthwise in an accordion fashion. Each section should be large enough to hold your selected pictures. Decorate the sections with your pictures, scrapbook paper and embellishments. Use hot glue to securely attach one end of the paper strip to the inside of the folder behind the pocket. Fold the sections back toward the folder and store inside the pocket. Create the same accordion picture holder for the other side of the folder. Unfold the pictures out of the pockets to view them.
- Decorate all sides of the folder using scrapbook paper, your pictures, stickers and embellishments. Decorate over the folder portions of the folder. The display is more eye-appealing if you choose theme. Stand the scrapbook folder upright on a table or other hard surface to display your pictures.
- Fold an opened two pocket folder in half from top to bottom. Make three equal folds from left to right to create four sections. The folder will now look like one small rectangle. Decorate each section, front and back, with pictures and scrapbook embellishments. You will have a total of eight places to display your pictures. Unfold the folder and store extra pictures inside the pockets. Be certain to turn and store pictures so that they are not bent when the folder is folded back up into a booklet.
