- 1). Cut a 1/16 inch wide ribbon into 4 inch pieces. Cut enough to have one piece for each sparkler.
- 2). Tie a bow with a single ribbon to the base of one sparkler. Place the ribbon on the stick just below the pyrotechnic crust. The crust is the flammable part of the sparkler; it will feel rough on your fingertips unlike the wire base. Do this for all sparklers.
- 3). Arrange the decorated sparklers in a decorative tin, spreading them out. Choose a tin that is tall enough to support the base of the sparklers while showing off the tops.
- 4). Tape a holiday paper sign or decoration to the front of the tin. The sign should have a message that reads, for example, "One per guest" or "After the game."
- 5). Place the sparklers on an outside table along with the other decorations.
- 1). Lay one sheet of tissue paper on a clean dry table. Place the sparkler along the flat edge closest to you.
- 2). Roll the sparkler slowly until you have rolled it in the entire sheet of tissue paper. Use a 1 inch piece of invisible tape to secure the paper in the center. Flip up the bottom of the tissue and fold it up. Tape the bottom in place.
- 3). Leave the top open and fluffy. Fold all the sparklers individually. Lay them flat on a table or bundle them in pairs.
- 4). Tie wrapped bundles together with decorative silk ribbon. Place the bundles in pretty vases and arrange them on a table.
