Instructions for Making a Halloween Ghost Float and Props

    • 1). Place the balloon inside of the garbage bag where you want the ghost's head to be. Take the string and tie it underneath the balloon, letting the rest of the bag hang down for the ghost's "body."

    • 2). Every spooky ghost needs a creepy face, so let your kids use markers to draw a face on the ghost.

    • 3). Poke two holes in the ghost's head (careful not to pop the balloon) and thread another piece of string through the holes so your ghost can be hung from a tree or patio. You can also use clear tape to attach the string to the top of the ghost.

    • 4). Make mini-ghosts using small balloons and plastic grocery store bags to hang around your big ghost for a parade of eerie decorations.
