- 1). Turn your Nokia over and slide the back battery cover off the phone. Lift the battery out of its compartment and set it aside.
- 2). Insert your fingernail in the seam at the top of the phone where the top panel meets the body of the phone. Run your finger around the seam until it pops off.
- 3). Pry the plastic frame around the back camera lens off by the corners and set it aside.
- 4). Lift the top sliding frame up and off the phone. It will come off without any problems.
- 5). Use the tip of your screwdriver to pop the LCD screen up by the sides. Lift the screen up with your fingers to expose four screws behind the screen.
- 6). Use your screwdriver to remove the four screws from the back of the screen.
- 7). Unplug the orange screen cable from its port on the body of the phone. Set the LCD screen aside. Your Nokia is now completely open.
