Smoking is one of them.
People who smoke generally suffer from bad skin when they age.
In fact, smoking is considered to be the number one cause of premature aging.
It will leave your skin looking lifeless.
The sun is yet another culprit.
While we all love that bronze tan when we are young, it really does not look good when you reach your 50's as the sun really damages your skin in a way that cannot be repaired.
Anti aging skin care is something that has to start when you are in your 20's.
The damage you do to your skin today probably won't show until 10 years down the line.
Its never too late to start either.
