This is called a heart attack, and it could be fatal.
High blood cholesterol is one of the many things that can cause heart disease.
Other things that can contribute to heart disease include smoking, high blood pressure, obesity, stress and lack of exercise.
You need to identify your area of risk before you can start making certain changes.
Making changes to the way you eat is the best way to reduce your cholesterol level.
To make this change effective long term, you need to find a healthier way to eat which you are happy with.
Regular exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease due to high cholesterol.
The best activity is to choose the one you would enjoy.
You can walk, swim, cycle or jog.
It does not have to be strenuous, a little exercise is better than none!
