- 1). Use a bow press to relax the bow string. The bow press connects to each side of the bow, holding it in place. The press applies pressure to the ends of the bow, reducing the tension in the string.
- 2). Attach end loops of the new string to the teardrop fittings.
- 3). Remove the old string.
- 4). Ensure proper positioning of the string and cables while releasing the bow press.
- 1). Turn the limb bolts counter clockwise two to three turns.
- 2). Hold the bow in one hand and step on the string, lifting the bow up.
- 3). Attach end loops of the new string to the teardrop fittings.
- 4). Lower the bow and ensure proper positioning of the new string.
- 5). Hold the bow in one hand and step on the string, lifting the bow up.
- 6). Remove the old sting and lower the bow.

- 3). Attach the end loop of the new string to the appropriate post in the center of the cam on the sight window side of the bow.
- 4). Wrap the new string around the bottom of the cam and then wrap the string over the top of the cam toward the other end of the bow.
- 5). Wrap the string over the top of the concentric idler wheel, and then back toward the cam.
- 6). Wrap the string over the top and around the outermost groove on the opposite side of the cam and then attach the end loop to the post.
- 7). Ensure proper positioning of the string and cables while releasing the bow press.
