With our proprietary TARGATTâ„¢ gene modification technology, we are able to provide mouse models made to your specification. The options available for our various mouse models are knock-in mice, knock-out and knock-down mice, site-specific transgenic mice, and humanized mouse models. With the TARGATTâ„¢ system that allows for highly site-specific insertion, a knock-in mouse model can be made in as little as three months. Knock-out mouse models are also available. These mouse models are highly useful for conducting pharmaceutical or academic diagnostics.

Similar options are also available for rat models. The Rat knock-out and Rat knock-in models are generated though homologous recombination. The Rat is often a valuable research model because rat is more physiologically similar to humans. Our company offers an all-inclusive transgenic rat generation service. Our team has years of experience in vector design as well as embryonic stem cell culturing, which allows for a quick delivery of a high quality product. With our germline competent rat embryonic stem cell lines, we can generate your customized rat model, such as a knock-out or knock-in. Our rat model generation service covers the entire process from the design of the gene targeting vector to the genotyping of the offspring. If requested, additional breeding can also be done to generate homozygous rat models.

In addition to the rat models and mouse models that we can provide, iPSC generation is another high quality service catered to the customer's needs. We offer services using retroviral reprogramming as well as footprint-free episomal methods. Just send us your patient samples such as disease/normal fibroblasts, we will do the rest. We can also perform gene-correction/gene modification to iPSC or your lines.

We offer products such as off the shelf ready to use iPSC/NSC (Neural Stem Cells), iPSC generation and characterization kits, MEF feeder cells for human and mouse ES or iPS cell culture or other uses. A variety of MEF feeder cells are available, including: DR4, CF-1, Neo-resistant, and SNL. Germline transmission tested and guaranteed FBS is our unique product in the market.
