Homemade Root Growth Stimulator

    • 1). Harvest two to three thin willow tree tips. Cut the tips of the thin branches into 4-inch sections.

    • 2). Lay the 4-inch sections on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to make slices in the sections.

    • 3). Bring a gallon of water to boil on the stove.

    • 4). Place the willow pieces in a bucket and cover it with the hot water. Allow the willow to steep for three days. The bucket should rest in a cool, dark room.

    • 5). Remove the lid and take out the branches.

    • 6). Dip your plant cutting, cut end first, in the solution before planting.

    • 7). Water already planted plants with ½ cup of the solution. Repeat this step once a week until you see new growth.
