Low air ticket booking amounts make you feel that there might be compromises with the in-flight experience. So, comfortable seating is another important element of the in-flight experience.
3.Cleanliness and hygiene: These two are vital features which an airline must provide to customers, irrespective of the charges that it takes, if it is to fly with full capacities.
4.Ambience: The colour of the interiors including those of carpets and seats, the design of the interiors and the interior lighting all make the in-flight ambience of the airplane. If the ambience is good, the passengers would love have that experience again and again.
5.Entertainment systems and their control: Yet another important feature of the in-flight experience is the type of entertainment systems which the airline provides to its passengers. However, the budget carriers generally do not have these systems in their flights. The full service carriers do have these audio-visual systems which are used for entertaining the passengers, thereby preventing them from boredom. This is also a part of the good in-flight experience of the airplane.
This list of the various elements which make a difference to the in-flight experience of the passengers is not an exhaustive list and there could be more in-flight aspects which passengers might hold to be good. The first experience of the passengers determines whether they would be doing the air ticket booking again for the flights of a particular airplane or not.
