- 1). Stretch the tubing across the floor. On one end, thread a plastic pipe segment (which will be the handles) inward, exposing roughly four inches of tubing out the other end.
- 2). Turn the handle perpendicular, then fold the exposed tubing to the other side of it. Pinch the end to an area roughly four inches below the handle.
- 3). Put four to six staples in the pinched area (a few from each side) to secure it tightly. Check the resistance by pulling on the handle.
- 4). Repeat this process for the other handle.
