The list of materials required is given below: Paper (art paper, construction paper, or tracing paper) Glue/tape Scissor Shinning glitters, stones, crepe paper (these will be required for decoration procedure) Electric plug with bulb connecter Take a construction paper and cut it in such a way that it forms a rectangle shape (If the paper is already in a rectangular, then you do not have to cut it).
Next, fold the rectangular paper into half following the lengthwise format.
After folding, you will find that you transformed the paper into a long rectangular one that is quite thin in structure.
Then, take the paper piece over a flat surface and place it in such a form that the closed or folded side is placed downwards and the open side is placed upwards.
It is time for you to cut some stripes on the paper in such a way that it makes the paper look like a bordered rectangle.

The top can be kept open or can be cover by cutting a paper in proper shape.
If you want to make it more decorative, then spray the glitters over the body of the object or you can attach some stones also.
