Way to Gain Better Sleep

If you are tossing your head in your bed to gain your sleep, you will be amazed with the words "Sweet Dreams.
" How about remembering your childhood when you could gain sleep within moments after getting in your bed? Well that was the time when you did not have any botheration.
You may have hundreds of things which are bothering your mind; even then you can gain a good relaxing sleep.
You just try to follow a simple exercise: 1.
Clean your feet with warm water.
2.
Take little oil and massage your feet for 2 minutes.
Try to massage each toe-individually.
If some oil is still left on your feet then wipe it with clean cloth.
3.
Lie down on your back and start feeling from your toes.
Feel it relaxed then think about your calf muscles - feel it relaxed, likewise start relaxing your knees, thighs, your lower back, your back, your hands, elbows, your shoulders, neck and then eyes, hopefully by then you might have slept.

If not-you may start remembering some happy moments of your life.
4.
Keep a palm on your stomach, for two minutes.
You will feel it very relaxing.
5.
Please make it a point to go to sleep after 30 minutes from the time you finished your meals at night.
6.
Light massage on your eyebrows will also help you in gaining a good sleep.
7.
Usually some worries or thoughts keep us awake at night.
If such is the case, just get up and put your worries, thoughts on a piece of paper, with a note-to be looked after in the morning or later.
Try it; I am sure you will be blessed with Sweet dreams.
Important: Sleeping pills do not provide us with a regular solution.
Therefore it must be discontinued as early as possible.
