Some brands claim to be "all natural" or organic but do not adhere to the strict organic shampoo guidelines.
A genuine organic shampoo will be free of all synthetic ingredients and preservatives like diazolidinyl urea, carcinogen precursors or artificial coloring.
When searching for an all natural shampoo, look for natural fragrances and ingredients such as lavender, jasmine oils, any essential oils, vegetarian soap, coconut oil and filtered or deionized water.
