We all had one of these at one point and time of our lives, many still have one, what am I talking about? A traditional spring mattress, as a young adult I suffered from back pains and aches every morning from sleeping on a spring mattress until I switches to a memory foam mattress.
Before there were hardly any alternatives to choose from but now there are plenty to choose from.
Before I go into other alternatives let me give you 4 reasons why you should say good bye to your spring mattress.
Dust mites - Over time your mattress accumulates dead skin, sweat, and hair.
Even though dust mites can not be hazardous to most people's health this is very bad for allergies.
Firmness or Softness - If you don't share a bed with anyone this might not be a big deal but if you do the old fashion one size fit all doesn't work out to well.
Some people prefer a firm mattress and some people prefer a softer mattress.
Noise - When sleeping most people do toss and turn, as you already notice those springs inside your mattress makes a lot of noise and could be very annoying to most people.
Pain - When you are sleeping on a spring mattress, the springs cause pressure points which causes back pains and aches.
If you are looking for something different I would recommend on getting a memory foam mattress.
Memory foam mattress does not cause pain from the springs because it moulds to your body causing no pressure points.
It is also very quiet giving you a goodnight sleep that you need.
