Are you tired of feeling old and out of shape?Would you like to get your energy levels back?Wouldn't it be great if you finally got the body you always wanted by summer of this year?I am sure you agreed with all of those questions if you're like most people.
It's not very fun feeling overweight and bloated.
I know because I've been there before and I like to show you what you need to do to change also.
Step #1- The first thing you have to do is create a plan of action.
All of the sudden trying to lose weight is a big lifestyle change that overwhelms the average person.
Obviously there are a few things that you're going to have to change.
You're going to have to start eating healthier and you're going to have exercise if you want to see changes.
Now it's up to you to write and plan out your week so you can leave time to prepare and eat healthy meals.
You're also going to have to plan a time when you can workout at home or the gym.
Step #2- The next step is to be realistic with yourself.
You have to ask yourself a few vital questions to see if you're really willing to pay the price.
The first thing is to ask yourself if you're willing to start eating six healthy meals each day.
The next question you have to ask if you're willing to work out 3-4 times per week for around 45 minutes.
The last thing you have to ask yourself is do you have the time to get it all in.
Step #3- The next thing is to start working out more.
If you want to get in shape you're going to have to do cardio exercise.
If you want to build muscle tone for that healthy look you're going to have to life weights.
For cardio you need to start off slowly.
Don't go out and try and run 4 miles at first.
Start off the first week by doing what you gradually can and go from there.
You'll be surprised at how much more you can do after just a few weeks.
Step #4- The next step is to start to eat healthier.
I am sure you've already heard that you need to eat 5-6 small healthy meals per day.
This can be very time consuming so I'd like to share with you what I do.
I start off by eating an average sized breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Then between each meal I eat a small, healthy snack.
By eating these frequent small meals it will keep your metabolism going which will burn more calories and help you burn more weight.
Step #5- The last step is to believe in yourself.
Things are going to get difficult.
You'll want to give up, but always remember what your dream is.
If you can get through the first few weeks you'll see results and you'll start feeling better about yourself.
Then other people will start to compliment you and you'll feel even better.
Even with all of this you'll hit rough times and it's important to keep going.
