Famous for its grand casinos, vibrant nightlife and the motto "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," Las Vegas is the premiere adult playground in the United States. While hot temperatures and thousands of slot machines tend to keep visitors indoors, the city and its surrounding area are home to a number of outdoor activities to suit any guest to the city, from low-key tourists interested in a historic state park to daredevils looking for the adrenaline rush from parachuting out of a plane. - Perfect for adults and children, the Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix Park offers four racing tracks. One track is specifically for small children while the three others offer different sized karts including Sprint Karts, Go Karts and Gran Prix Karts, in which riders must have a valid driver's license.
The park is not limited to only racing karts, but also includes rides such as a 90-foot fun slide, a roller coaster and the Tornado Twister, a spinning ride. The park also includes a large arcade with ski-ball, video games and pinball machines, as well as a restaurant, which serves amusement park fare such as pizza, hamburgers, chicken wings and French fries.

sincityskydiving.com - In 1855, Mormon missionaries settled near Las Vegas Creek and named their settlement Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort. Over 150 years later, only one wall of the adobe fort remains. Along with interactive displays educating visitors on the history of the people of the settlement and the area, the park features a reconstructed version of the fort, a visitor's center and historical artifacts found on the site.
The park does charge a very small fee for guests ages 12 and over while children under 12 are free. The park and visitor center are open year round.
