There may be nothing that you can do about it.
It may be in your genetics so you may need to learn to accept it as part of who you are.
But you can do things to make it less obvious and possibly lessen it.

Watch your diet Chances are that you need to lose weight in other areas of your body also.
So you need to keep an eye on what you eat and when you eat.
Fewer calories and better nutrition will help get rid of a double chin.

Exercise Exercise is good for all parts of your body.
Exercising your entire body will help you get rid of a double chin.
Exercise helps you to burn more calories so get up and exercise.
Start walking, join a gym, or do aerobics.

Improve your posture Good posture is a key element to get rid of a double chin.
Sit up straight and walk straight.
Hold your chin up as you walk and hold your jaw out some during the day.
4.
Do chin exercises Open your mouth and start making faces.
Hold your chin up and move your face and lips until you can feel it pulling on your chin.
Do these exercises a few times a day.
I don't suggest you do this at work or in church.
That's just my 2 cents, however.

Chew gum I have heard that chewing gum will help to get rid of a double chin.
However, I really have my doubts about it.
It would certainly take a lot of chewing, but chewing gum does work your facial muscles so it's worth a try.

Plastic surgery I am throwing this one in here, but I personally don't recommend it.
I would prefer to just live with a double chin rather that try to get rid of a double chin with plastic surgery.
If you got this route, then be sure to get a highly qualified surgeon.
Plus, this is a very expensive way to get rid of a double chin.
The best way to get rid of that double chin is with good nutrition.
Cut out the fat-laden snacks and get on a good, sensible diet regime.

Not only will you be rid of that double chin, but your whole body will be more toned and your senses and vital organs will be healthier and happier.
