A home gym can be great.
I mean who really wants to give away $20 a week! You can set up a great home gym for only a couple hundred dollars, but even sometimes we can't afford that! So here is a few kick-butt workouts for the abs that you can do with absolutely no gear whatsoever.
I am not even going to try sell you any gear...
How weird is that? The best way to work abs are by body weight workouts.
I will give you a few for all over muscle development, then a few just for ab development.
Press ups: These are great at building strong arms and chest.
Free squats: Toning up the legs and stomach Pull ups: Find a door frame and tone your arms, back and shoulders.
Dips: Find something you can hold onto on either side of you and lower yourself right down and come back up again.
I used to sit in the corner of our kitchen bench and hold onto each side at a 90 degree angle.
Ab development.
The best workouts you can do with no exercise equipment are fairly standard, however if you do high enough reps and do a few of them in a row, you will get a wicked ab workout.
Crunches Sit ups Bicycle crunch (See my website for a how-to) Hanging knee raises (Do these in the same position as dips) If you take all of these workouts and start doing some of them every day, you will be the proud new owner of a hot body in no time.
