- 1). Select what you want to do. You can choose to cook or take exams. For these steps, you are going to cook because practice makes perfect for the exams if you want to evaluate your cooking skills.
- 2). Select "Cook" from the screen. Select what type of food you want to make. You can choose desserts, dinner, lunch, breakfast or appetizers. For this round, select "Appetizers." Select what type of appetizer you will make. For this round, select "Egg Rolls."
- 3). Select "Cook" on the next page. The next page will tell you to dice the garlic with a knife. Click "Cook" to continue to the garlic. Click on the knife to turn it lengthwise. Keep clicking on the knife to make it dice the garlic. A green progress bar will appear, letting you know that you are almost finished. Continue dicing until you have finished all of the garlic needed for the recipe. Click "Continue" when you see your score.
- 4). Select "Cook" on the next page that explains that you are going to dice the onion. When you see the green arrow, move your cursor from one side of the arrow to the other side and continue until the knife appears, then dice the onion as you did the garlic. Click "Continue" to go to the score page where you will click "Cook" to continue.
- 5). Chop the bok choy for the next ingredient. Click "Cook" to continue to the next step. Click on the knife to make it dice the bok choy. A green progress bar will appear, letting you know that you are almost finished. Continue chopping until you have finished all of the bok choy needed for the recipe. Click "Continue" when you see your score.
- 6). Click "Cook" after you read about adding the ingredients. You will drag the ingredients and place them in the red bowl. You have to use the visual guide to see in what order the ingredients are added. Hold down the left side of the mouse to drag and drop each ingredient. The visual guide is in the upper right-hand corner. When you are finished, a score page appears. Click "Continue."
- 7). Read the next step, which is folding the egg roll. Click "Cook" when you are ready. See the shell and the bowl of ingredients. First, click on the bowl, which will deposit some mixture on the shell. Click on the ball end of each arrow that appears to fold the shell as directed. When you are finished, you will see the score page. Click "Continue" to move to the next step.
- 8). Read the instruction for deep-frying the egg rolls, and click "Cook." You must fry the food until golden brown, and then place it on the tray when finished. Use the mouse to drag the egg rolls to the pan. As the rolls are done, they will rise out of the pan for you to place on the tray. You will see your score.
