- 1). Jump on the trampoline to gain a decent height to perform this trick. If you are performing a cork flip while riding, gain enough speed to excel towards the ramp and into the air.
- 2). Begin your takeoff standing straight up. Jump off the trampoline and into the air.
- 3). Tilt your head back and to the side. Look at the back of your heels to assist you in rotating. Your body will follow your head when you rotate.
- 4). Throw your right arm to your left side to help speed up your rotation. Tuck in your arms and legs while continuing to stare at the back of your heels. This will also quicken your rotation.
- 5). Spot your landing. Spread out your arms and legs to stop your rotation and lock your eyes on your landing surface. Land with both feet at the same time.
