How to Patch Drywall Cracks With Silicone Caulk

    • 1). Widen the crack with a flathead screwdriver making a V-shaped trench.

    • 2). Wipe off any dust and loose pieces with a rag.

    • 3). Fill the entire crack with a line of silicone caulk using a caulk gun. Smooth the caulk with a wet finger to make it flush with the existing wall.
