Cheesy lines like – ‘look into my eyes and you'll find me. look into my heart and you'll find you'. It might seem corny to you but women love to hear those things especially if you are sincere.

You have been thinking about her – this is one of the things most women say that they want from their man, that he thinks about her when he isn't with her. You might think this is taken for granted but it isn't, let her know she has been on your mind.

Ask her about her day – again it may seem obvious, and not particularly romantic, but it will get you embedded deep in her heart. Listen to her problems and concerns and a few days later ask how things are going at work or with her friend etc.

That you can't keep your hands off her – many women struggle with their confidence particularly when it comes to their looks. Let her know how beautiful and desirable she is to you even when she has no make-up on and is in her PJs.

That you will cherish and look after her – even the most hardened feminist occasionally needs to be vulnerable and looked after especially at times of illness or uncertainty.
