3 Penis Exercises Proven to Give You an Enormous Manhood - Simple Too!

As you may have read in some of my other articles, most men prefer to use penis exercises as a method for natural male enhancement.
The reasoning is simple.
It can be done cheaply and safely.
Plus so far is the only proven method to guarantee any kind of results.
So here are 3 exercises that you can start using right away: 1.
Stretching - This is exactly as it sounds.
It may seem uncomfortable but once you start doing it you will get used to it.
What you want to do is do it in intervals stretching in a different direction.
First, stretch it upward and hold for about 15 seconds.
Then repeat for 15 seconds stretching to the left, to the right as well as upward.

The jelq - This is a very commonly known exercise.
Before doing this you want to apply lubrication all over your member to get it ready for this exercise.
Put your thumb and fingers together to form a circle and apply a grip with that circle around the penis towards the base.
Use slow motion still holding the grip and sliding towards the end or the head of the penis.
Do not perform this if you have an erection - it will not work correctly.
3.
The Kegel - This one involves flexing of the PC muscle.
If you are not familiar with a PC muscle, it is the same muscle that you would use to stop urination midstream.
If you don't know I'm talking about yet try it the next time you're going to the bathroom.
What you want to do is to long sets of these in different reps.
The good thing about this one is you could do this anywhere without anyone knowing that you're doing it.
