Justin Bieber Gets A New Haircut

Wow, he doesn't have to take time out to blow dry his hair anymore. Just a little gel and spike technique and he looks ominously like Ellen DeGeneres. The classic Bieber-swoop is gone, exchanged for a much better short, close-cut style.
The bouffanted pop singer Justin Bieber has nixed his "helmet" look for a more contemporary mature hairstyle. During an interview with DeGeneres, the "One Less Lonely Girl" singer shared that he likes his new haircut and even got to do some good for the less fortunate as a result.
Justin explained, "Yeah people were freaking out, but I was like, 'I don't really care.' There's a perk. I wanted to do something good. I'm giving pieces of it to different people. The thing is, we're doing something special. We want to donate my locks to whatever charities I want."
It's true, his side-swept moppy hairdo was loved by millions, but Bieber isn't sweating any negative feedback he's received for his cropped coif. In fact, it sounds like Bieber's sexiest fan, Kim Kardashian, is okay with his new hairstyle. Musicrooms.net reports that at the launch of her debut fragrance in Glendale, California, Kim was asked what she thought of Justin's decision to have the snip. She said, "I have seen his new haircut, it's really cute."
Turns out his new, "mature" look coincides with his approaching noted lothario Hugh Hefner with a special request to visit the Playboy mansion. While this no doubt is a puzzling development, Hugh Hefner's explanation that the visit will entail Bieber and his father having a special private visit to heaven on earth, will surely go a long way towards bringing sense to the field trip. Seemingly, Bieber Sr. is trying to use his son's fame to one, enter the promised land and two, get some testosterone going in his pop princes' system.
In other developments, Kanye West is embracing Bieber's new haircut as he recently welcomed him into his studio. The two are collaborating on "Runaway Love," which is on Justin's Never Say Never - The Remixes album.
Kanye tweeted a picture late Tuesday night of a photo of he and Justin writing "my new beat protg." Justin is hard at work in the photo on a MacBook, while Kanye is at the keyboard. In a later interview with MTV News, Bieber said working with Kanye "was amazing," and that he's "such a cool guy, just really laid back and at the end of the day, he's just a nice person.
Maybe it's something they drank, because Bieber isn't the only famous trendsetter when it comes to hair. Jennifer Aniston chopped her notorious locks this week too. Aniston isn't unfamiliar to being a hairstyle trendsetter, as her hairstyle as Rachel on "Friends" sent women across the country scurrying into their salons to get the same 'do. Currently on the go promoting her film Just Go With It, Aniston appeared at the Berlin premiere still sporting her long locks, only to show up in Madrid with a sassy new shoulder length bob.
Never say never.
