How to Hide Pipes Under a Hanging Bathroom Sink

    • 1). Measure the height from the top of the sink basin to the floor. Measure the circumference of the sink basin. Write the numbers down.

    • 2). Spread a bed sheet onto a flat surface and measure from the hemmed edge to the height of the sink basin top from your measurements in Step 1. Draw a horizontal straight line at this measurement across the sheet with fabric chalk. Cut across the line with scissors.

    • 3). Keep the cut piece spread flat; lay the measuring tape flat across the top and mark the measurement of the sink circumference. Draw a vertical line at that point and cut.

    • 4). Cut two strips of iron-on hem tape in the lengths of both cut edges and iron into place to serve as the hem.

    • 5). Line up one side of industrial-strength hook-and-loop tape along the edge of the sink basin. Peel the paper backing away to expose the adhesive and press into place.

    • 6). Install the other side of the hook-and-loop tape around the top of the sink skirt. Attach it in place around the sink to hide the pipes.
