Stacking fences can bring on a whole new aspect of your farm. There is an art to it and at the end of the day it really is about optical illusion and thats all it is. It isnt really possible to stack anything on the game. Start with putting two of your fences in a V shape with the V towards you. Start with about 6 or 8 fences and you obviously need to move and rotate them to fit them where you want them to be. Basically they are put diagonally to each other and a step behind the one in front. So the one on the left needs to be one step behind the front one and a little more to the left and same with the one on the right hand side. Continue to place fences behind them until you have the illusion of the height you want. You can also do this with hay bales and hedges which can look like steps climbing up to another area of your farm. Using a variety of colours can be effective. You can use blue hay bales along side of hedges or another colour bale such as green to make it seem like you have a water fall. You can make multi level platforms if you experiment with fences, bales and hedges on your farm which is simply a visual figment of your imagination.
