Get Serious Results In Your Life Without Getting Burnout

We are all faced with decisions.
Most of these decisions will either move us towards our goals or further from them.
We sweat over them, cry because of them and sleep dreaming of them.
All scenarios lead to one common denominator.
We become stressed and thus ineffective in our daily activities.
Sure some people say they work better if they are stressed.
This however is a different type of stress.
We are referring here to debilitating stress of which I know about first hand.
Stress has become so second nature to us we are not even aware it breeds within us.
It literally takes on a life of it's own and robs us of our full potential.
Making a decision many times brings on large levels of stress especially when one is expected to make it instantly.
I can't count how many times I have been in this predicament.
What I learned is actually very simple and it is 100% correct, 100% of the time.
You need to FEEL the answer.
In order to prepare yourself for your new found skill, let's do a little exercise to allow yourself the to become close personal friends with you.
Simply be still for a moment.
No distractions.
Now in your mind think of something or someone you truly have no tolerance for.
FEEL this FEELING.
Notice the sensation in your stomach and throughout your body.
Notice any and all gestures, facial or otherwise that you did not have prior to this exercise.
This is an example of a feeling you will get when the decision you need to make is not a good choice.
Now let this feeling go and be calm again for a moment.
Next I would like you to envision and think about something or someone you truly love, something that melts your heart.
Really feel it.
Notice how distinctive the different feeling are.
This is the feeling you will get when the decision you need to make is a good choice.
These feelings are your immediate decision making devices.
It is really that easy.
Our bodies have the ability to heal without outside substances, to regenerate without the aide of science, and make decisions with perfect accuracy.
When faced with a decision, remember the difference in feelings and let them be your guide.
Ask yourself the question[needing the decision] and FEEL the answer.
You WILL get an answer.
Be patient with yourself and allow the process to unfold naturally.
It will.
And it is instant.
The only thing left for you to do is to trust in that decision.
You can almost be assured until you fine tune this new skill, your head will get in the way.
Forget your head.
Just FEEL.
Do not rationalize.
Just FEEL.
You will never be let down.
Say goodbye to stress once and for all.
