Barnet Festival
It's that time of year again. East Barnet Festival is in town. The Barnet festival offers a host of family entertainment and this year is no exception. This year's venue is Oak Hill Park. The festivities start on Friday 1st July 2011 running right through the weekend ending on Sunday 3rd July
The East Barnet Festival is North London's biggest festival. There is something for everyone.
The east Barnet festive will have a licensed bar, stalls, food, fairground, talent show, Punch & Judy, dog show, bouncy castle, theatre, music, dance, youth activities, recitals, football, basket ball a much more.
East Barnet Festival announces Cars in The Park a classic and custom car show o Sunday 3rd July 2011 A casual gathering of sports/super car users. It's a great day from the family with show and shine awards.
The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) group will be manning a sales and advice stall offering information and advice on the protection of birds and our environment. You can help and support the RSPB by visiting their stall at the festival on Sunday 3rd July.
Enjoy the thrills and spills of Monty Hammond and Sons fun fair and amusement. Why not take advantage of their special wristband evening on Thursday and Friday.
Switch will have a fully staffed skate park on Saturday and Sunday providing a safe and fun place to ride your bike. Switch is run by and for people of Barnet. It is a community project with a focus on building partnerships with communities and is totally reliant on community support.
The East Barnet Festival welcomes back the Companion dog show . Why not take your best friend along and register them for the show. There are 12 different classes to pick from and the entrance fee is only £2.00 for a single entry with discounts on multiple entries. You never know you may have a future crufts candidate.
