Here you need to boil the milk for a long time and to kill the pasteurized it properly. Through this, the germs that are present inside the milk will be removed from the milk.
Use products for acidic function- Once the pasteurization process is complete then add required vinegar. This pouring of vinegar will help to clot the milk and to separate the milk and water. Here you may use 3-4 vinegar as per requirement. If you do separate the solid part of the milk from the water, then you cannot form the cheese properly.
Drain out moisture-Once the clotting is complete, then take a clean cloth and keep the clotted milk on the cloth. Now wrap the cloth and press the cloth from outside. Now the excess water or moisture will be drained out from the milk. Now the leave the dry milk wrapped cloth for few days and wait to remove the last drop of moisture from it. Once you get the dry up milk, they take the milk on a square shaped clean cloth. Now place the milk on it and give a shape to the cloth. Now once you are done with the process of shaping the products now refrigerate the piece of cloth and the dry up milk for few days. After few days bring out the milk wrapped cloth from the refrigerator and place it on a platter. Here you can add some nuts, cream and the favourite flavour on the cheese.
