- 1). Pour 1 cup of granulated sugar into a blender for each cup of confectioner's sugar you need.
- 2). Blend the sugar until it turns into a powder. Use the pulse setting to crush the granulated sugar.
- 3). Add 1 tbsp. of cornstarch to the blender for each cup of sugar. Blend the cornstarch with the crushed sugar.
- 4). Store the powdered sugar in an airtight container in a cool and dark location.
