- 1). Click "Start," then click "Devices and Printers." Insert the disc that came with your wireless printer but close the dialog if it opens.
- 2). Turn on your wireless printer and wait for it to fully start up.
- 3). Click "Add a printer" to load the Add Printer Wizard.
- 4). Click "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer." Locate your wireless printer from the list of available devices, select it and then click "Next."
- 5). Click "Install Driver" when prompted. Windows will load the necessary drivers from your installation disc that came with the printer. Click "Finish" once setup has finished. Repeat this process for all computers.
