Getting more quality sleep will help us remember and process things better.
People who have enough of it performed best,than those who have not.
Most importantly,it keep our emotions positive.
People who consistently lacks sufficient amounts of sleep are irritable,quick to anger and have low tolerance in terms of problem solving.
On the other hand,people who get enough of it are more likely to function well and are less prone to behavioural problems and moodiness.
Sleep is a necessity,not a luxury.
It is vital for high performance and productivity; be it in career,sports or in life.
It consists of a series of distinct cycles and stages that restore and refresh our body and mind.
Though,it provides the body with time to recharge,and it is important for both physical and emotional health.
It is highly recommended that if we want to stay healthy we should at least get a better sleep.
