The Aging Myth What do I mean by the aging myth? It is a fact that we are born, time passes by and we grow older.
I am not disputing that fact.
The "myth" I wish to dispel is the concept of getting old and decrepit.
The myth that as you age you start falling apart.
Your eye sight diminishes, your hearing goes bad, and your body becomes full of aches and pains.
Or worse, your bone density decreases (osteoporosis), you develop heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
You hear the statistics all the time.
You have a 1 in 2 chance of heart disease and a 1 in 3 chance of cancer and it is reported like this is a fact of "getting older".
Or every day you hear from friends and relatives as you tell them of some ache, pain or eye/hearing problem and they say "Well you're not a spring chicken anymore".
(Actually you ARE but I have much to teach you before I can PROVE that fact to you.
) All this is a MYTH! I experience and help many others experience the fact of growing older (time passing by) and getting BETTER everyday.
Healing and reversing the so called problems of aging and as our friends get "older" we experience a renewing and reversing of "aging" problems.
To understand HOW you can reverse aging and health problems you must first understand WHY they are.
What is the "CAUSE" of these problems and "aging".
Signs of aging are nothing more than SYMPTOMS of poor health "over time".
As I said, I do not debate that time passes.
From the day you are born time begins to pass.
Each day you are a day older.
Each month and year you are a month and year older.
BUT that is just a passing of time.
IT IS NOT THE CAUSE OF AGING! In tomorrows lesson I am going to use an analogy I am sure you can relate to that will demonstrate clearly my point of the myth of aging.
