How to Detox With a Multivitamin

    • 1). Consult a physician to be sure your body is capable of handling an "extreme" diet, such as a juice cleanse. Create a fasting journal where you outline your day into five sections: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Write "multivitamin" in your breakfast sections every day and check your label to make sure if you can take it without food.

    • 5). Drink more water and fruit juice for lunch. As a general rule, for every five to eight glasses of water your drink, have a cup of broth to replenish lost electrolytes through intense hydration.

    • 6). Snack by having another fruit juice frozen smoothie. To keep yourself interested, try mixing different juices to find your favorite blend. Have dinner before it gets dark by having broth, fruit juice and some more water. Keep yourself to strictly water after dinner.
