- 1). Lay the stain side of the fabric on a paper towel. What you will be doing is moving the stain from the fabric onto the paper towel.
- 2). Dab rubbing alcohol on the fabric, all around the stain. You are working on the opposite side of the fabric as the stain.
- 3). Dab rubbing over the stain, wetting it, and transferring it to the paper towel below stain and fabric. Change the paper towel frequently.
- 4). Continue until all the stain has moved from the fabric to paper towel. Rinse when you are finished and then launder.
