Of all the business seminars I've been to, the No Excuses Summit in Las Vegas was by far the absolute best. The elite top percentage of internet network marketers came from all over to attend this exclusive conference, giving us all the opportunity to share tips and knowledge on the most up to date, cutting edge marketing on the web.
While the majority of those who attended were those with experience in this field, there were quite a few inexperienced marketers as well. They had jumped on the opportunity to meet and greet with the best of the best, and learn what 99% of the industry does not know. If you're like them and you want to learn what they did, you've definitely come to the right place.
By far the number ONE piece of advice that will be essential to pass on to your team is how to have the right mindset. No matter what the experience level, every single marketer who attended this event that I spoke with said that this was the one thing that forged a change in them over the course of the three days.
I know, you're probably wondering what having the right mindset even means. Well, it's like having belief in something; you don't know what it is until you have it. You might think you have belief, but until you do you don't really know. Mindset is similar, but is actually a bit easier to put your finger on.
One thing that many network marketers struggle with, because most of us are extremely giving, philanthropic people, is that they are worth making a lot of money, and even more, that money actually IS important! One of the most moving quotes I heard all weekend was, "Your poverty isn't serving anyone." WOW. Think about that for a minute - is it really so noble to be dirt poor? Who can you truly help with no means to help them?
This is a mindset that SO many of us struggle with - either that "Money is the Root of All Evil," "Money doesn't grow on trees," money isn't important, or that money doesn't buy you happiness (which is partly true). If you consistently believe in all these statements, you will NEVER have the prosperity in your life that you want. Your thoughts and actions will always be limiting, because you cannot consciously do what your subconscious does not believe in.
It is true to an extent that money does not buy happiness. Happiness can only be found within you, by developing emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. However, money CAN buy experiences, and experiences can create happiness. For example, you don't buy a certain car because you like a hunk of metal and rubber, you buy it for the feeling it gives you when you drive it, or when other people see you in the car. It's all about the experience.
There was also amazing trainings at the No Excuses Summit on Article Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media. But whichever path you choose, even without the best mindset, you still need the in-depth training so you can start marketing your business.
Ultimately, once you change your mindset, your business development will follow. We attended the No Excuses Summit because we had NO EXCUSES - so now I challenge you to adjust your way of thinking and start building your business right now!
