Salasar is located near Sujangarh in Chunur District, Rajasthan. It is a place of religious importance for the devotees of Hanuman. Sethani Ka Johara, a reservoir, was constructed by widow of Bhagwan Das Bagla during the terrible Chhapan Akaal, the famine of 1956. Ratangarh Fort is located on the Agra-Bikaner Highway in Churu District. Constructed by Ratan Singh, the King of Bikaner, in 1820, this fort was attacked twice by Thakur Prithvi Singh, the son of Churu King. Aath Kambh Chhatri, one of the buildings possessing great historical significance, is an eight pillared dome that stands on the northern side of the town. Served as one of the relief projects, this historic site lies at a distance of few kilometers on the western side of the Ratangarh Road.
