How to lose weight?
This article is about a well known problem after Christmas. Many people suffer from having eating to much in the holiday season, and needs to lose some weight or some heavy weight.
You will properly know it your self, if you need to lose some weight. You look at the mirror or your pants are starting to get smaller. Or maybe, your body is telling you to get rid of the extra Christmas pounds by not functioning as well as it used to do.
Certainly, you would like to lose some weight, to avoid many diseases such as diabetes or any kind of cancer, which could be caused by to much weight.
Its not racket science, that you need to burn more calories, than you consume - to lose some weight. If you already have tried dieting, keeping a food diary or follow an exercise program or even hypnosis, then you have to consider - what is my real problem. Is it the weight or is it my willpower. One of the hardest things to change is people habits and attitude. If you are having trouble losing weight and you also have a little problem on willpower and this combination is giving you a hard time, then try some of the following advices.
Weight loss is not all about kilos and pounds and food and diets, it's also very mental.

1) Focus your mind on weight loss.
2) Count calories and keep a food diary on your computer, set minimum and maximum calories.
3) Investigate and read weight loss articles and magazines.
4) Tell you're self, why you must succeed - create a worst case scenario to avoid
5) Cut down on sugar and Tran's fat.
6) Make good food, do not eat junk food.
7) Burn more calories by exercising, run, walk, and go swimming. Do exercise, that you like.
8) Pick up small portions at your plate, take only food one time.
9) Drink three glasses of water before eating
10) Enjoy your new lifestyle and reward your self with small presents (not food)
