Titanium and stainless steel are normally used to make watches as they are durable and stronger. Titanium is lighter when compared to stainless steel, but it has dull look. Titanium watches are more expensive compared to stainless steel. Mineral crystal and Sapphire crystal are also recommended for watches, sapphire crystal is harder but mineral crystal is scratch resistant. Watches made from glass and acrylic need to be avoided.
