- 1). Measure the same amount of Sucanat as the recipe calls for sugar. While the moisture content and weight differs greatly between the two, the same cup measurement should be used.
- 2). Decrease the amount of liquid used in the recipe by 1 tbsp. The moisture content of the Sucanat will make up for the decreased liquid.
- 3). Mix the ingredients together and bake the muffins according to the directions for the particular recipe.
