- 1). Call Allstate within the first 30 days of your membership (see Resources). Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Give the representative your membership number and ask for a full refund and cancellation of further service.
- 2). Call Allstate after the first 30 days and ask for a prorated refund. You'll have to pay for the time you had the service, but the rest will be refunded and the service will be canceled.
- 3). Email Allstate (see Resources) and ask for a cancellation and refund. Include your Motor Club membership number on the contact form for the most effective service. Allstate will get back in touch with further instructions, if necessary.
