Unlock

• 1). Press any key on your cellphone's keypad to display the screen.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Unlock" key that is displayed on the screen. For example, on some cellphones the unlock key is the "#" key.
  
  
• 3). Enter the security code if prompted. If you did not program a security code into the phone, refer to the device's user manual for the default code. The keypad automatically unlocks. Use the cellphone as normal.
  
  

Reset

• 1). Turn the cellphone over and remove the battery compartment cover. Refer to your device's user guide for the exact instructions. For example, on some phones you have to slide the cover off while others require you to push an unlock button.
  
  
• 2). Take the battery out of the battery compartment, then wait approximately 10 seconds and replace it.
  
  
• 3). Put the battery cover back on the cellphone, then press the "Power" button to turn it back on. The phone restarts and resumes normal operation.
