- 1). Crush leaves with a mortar and pestle. Place into the pre-made tea bag, coffee filter, or tea ball.
- 2). Boil the water in the kettle.
- 3). Pour the water into the mug and place the tea bag or the tea ball into the hot water.
- 4). Cover the mug with the saucer and let steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 5). Add sugar or honey to sweeten and drink.
