- 1). Choose a location where you will be building the screenhouse. This location should be level, free of debris and large enough for the screenhouse. Spread the canopy and the poles of the screenhouse out in this location.
- 2). Assemble the poles together based on their labels and the directions that came with it. For example, with the Ozark Trail Screenhouse, you will insert the poles labeled "2B" together to form three longer poles. Insert these poles into the poles labeled "2" and then insert each of the hub pieces onto the ends of these poles, with the hubs labeled "T," "L" and "R" on the same pole.
- 3). Insert the poles labeled "1" into the end of four "1B" poles to form four separate poles. These poles will be used to connect the "T," "L" and "R" poles together to form the top portion of the frame. Connect the poles labeled "5B" and "5" together to form two poles which you will hook onto the center of the frame you have just created.
- 4). Connect the remaining eight poles labeled "1B" together to form four longer poles. Insert each of these poles into the poles labeled "4" to create the legs. Insert the legs into the four remaining spaces on the top hubs to complete the frame of the screenhouse.
- 5). Place the screehouse canopy over the frame you have just completed. Hook the S-hooks on the canopy to the holes located at the bottom of the leg poles to secure it. Wrap the Velcro sections around each of the poles to further secure the canopy. Drive the provided stakes through the loops at the bottom of each leg. Pull the guide wires on each side tight and stake them to the ground as well.
